eSIM is a virtual SIM card technology built into the device. Unlike the traditional physical SIM card, it does not need to actually insert or replace the card slot. ESIM can be configured and activated by software, allowing users to easily switch mobile network operators or data plans.

A: After the subscription expires, the eSIM will automatically become invalid, and the data/service can no longer be used.

For commonly used mobile devices supporting eSIM, product models cannot be completely recorded. If you have any questions, please check with the relevant device brands. The following two methods are for reference only.

[method 1] whether there is an option to add eSIM to the mobile phone, "setting" > "mobile network/Mobile Service" > confirm whether there is a path to "add eSIM/Add eSIM".

[Method 2] Please dial "*#06#" to see if the screen displays EID. If EID is displayed, it means that the mobile phone can use eSIM.

Different brands of eSIM have different requirements. Generally, except that some ESIMs are used in Taiwan Province and Hong Kong, or those with Hong Kong numbers need their real names, most of them are used in other places without their real names. This aspect is detailed in the product introduction.

You can click "add eSIM" in the main screen, and you can install the newly purchased eSIM in the following two ways:

–Scan QR code
–By manually entering the activation code.
