  • Customers select a roaming data or eSIM package from our Shopify store.

  • Add the desired product to the cart and complete the checkout process.

Order Processing Time

  • After order confirmation and payment, UncleSim will process your order promptly.

  • You will receive the eSIM activation code (QR code) via email or messaging within 24 hours, typically sooner.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery of eSIM

  • eSIM activation codes are delivered digitally only; no physical shipment will be made.

  • Please ensure the email address and contact information you provide are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

Customer Responsibility

  • Verify your device supports eSIM and is unlocked prior to purchase.

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection when activating your eSIM.

Shipping Limitations

  • Since our products are digital, shipment delays are rare but may occur due to technical or network issues.

  • UncleSim is not responsible for delivery delays caused by email service providers or network outages.

  • If you do not receive your eSIM activation QR code within 24 hours, please email us immediately at unclesim@unclesim.net for assistance.
