Subscription and Billing Policy

1. No recurring subscription

Every plan sold on unclesim.net is a one-off prepaid purchase. We do not operate a recurring subscription, we do not store payment details for future charges, and nothing is charged automatically.

2. How the term works

Plans are sold for a fixed term, which is stated on each product page. The term starts from the date shown in your order confirmation. When the term ends the plan simply stops: there is no automatic renewal and no further charge.

3. What you pay

The price shown on the product page and at checkout is the total amount payable for the term. There are no activation fees, no setup fees and no recurring charges.

4. Refunds

Data plans and eSIM profiles are delivered digitally and are issued immediately, so all sales are final once a plan is issued. We do not offer refunds or partial refunds for unused time. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

5. Renewing

To continue after the term ends, you place a new order. Renewal is always your choice and always a new one-off purchase.
