- Hong Kong Local Use:The 30GB data allowance (up to 42Mbps) and 2,000 call minutes are valid only in Hong Kong.
- Overseas Use:This plan has NO roaming dataand NO roaming voice calls. When outside Hong Kong, the service functions to retain your HK number and receive incoming SMS / bank OTPs for free.

- Data usage is counted by Hong Kong time (GMT+8), from 00:00 to 23:59 as one day.
- Requires a phone/device that supports 4.5G/4G bands (e.g. iPhone iOS 16.4 or above).
- VoLTE requires a VoLTE-capable device and proper settings; some devices may need manual enablement or carrier settings update.
- Actual speed may vary due to device, OS version, location, and real-time network conditions.

A handling fee of 15% of the order value, or HK$25, whichever is greater, applies; we reply within 2 working days, and the refund is only effective once we confirm it to you in writing. Once we have submitted your application to the carrier, the fee is no longer refundable. Where the failure is ours - the carrier rejects the application, or we cannot complete the service - we refund in full.

Does this 3-Year plan include data roaming overseas?
No. The 30GB data allowance and 2,000 call minutes are strictly for use within Hong Kong. While abroad, this plan retains your HK phone number and allows you to receive incoming SMS for free.
How long does the Hong Kong MNP porting process take?
Hong Kong Mobile Number Portability follows a standard regulatory cycle of 2-3 business days once your signed form and order are received. The actual switch occurs during overnight maintenance hours (1:00 AM – 4:00 AM) so your day-to-day service remains uninterrupted.
How do I check if my smartphone supports LuckySim eSIM?
Dial *#06#on your phone's call keypad. If an EID (Embedded Identity Document) number or barcode is displayed, your smartphone supports eSIM. If only IMEI numbers appear, your phone does not support eSIM.
What happens next

Photos and your data
Your ID and SIM photos are used only to complete this port-in. Please do not send them through any messaging
app - use the form link, which encrypts them before they leave your device. We delete the photos after the
port-in completes.
