Sealed on your Device
Your photos are encrypted before they leave the device. Our server only ever holds ciphertext, never the original file.
Burned on a set clock
Deleted the moment the port completes, and within 30 days even if it stalls. A count goes out every Monday, including zero.
One signature, no back and forth
You sign inside this form. We build the carrier's form from what you signed - nothing printed, nothing sent back for a second signature.
Nothing goes by WhatsApp. Nothing is printed. Nothing comes back for a second signature.

我可以保留我的號碼嗎？
可以。八個數字完全維持不變。
需要多久時間？
你在表單上選擇轉換日期，至少提前三個工作天。轉換在夜間進行，所以白天號碼仍可正常使用。
我必須在香港嗎？
不用。表單和照片都在線上提交，從任何地方都可以。
在國外還收得到銀行簡訊嗎？
可以，只要在你所在地開啟數據漫遊。銀行驗證碼、通知和 WhatsApp 驗證訊息都會送到這個門號。
我的手機支援 eSIM 嗎？
撥打 *#06#。出現 EID 號碼就代表支援。如果只看到 IMEI 號碼，就不支援。
我的門號綁了合約。
綁合約的門號一樣可以轉移。舊電信商因提前終止合約而收取的任何費用，不包含在這筆費用內。
