365 Days Voice Mailbox

Includes 365-Day Voice Mailbox Service, allowing callers leave a voice message to you when you can't answer a call, so you won’t miss important calls.

If you can’t answer a call immediately, your phone is switched off, or you’re out of coverage, incoming calls will be automatically forwarded to the voicemail box so callers can leave a voice message.

 Service Features:

• 365-day validity for voicemail service
• Stores up to 10 voice messages
• Each message up to 2 minutes, stored for 72 hours
• Missed calls will be automatically routed to voicemail
• Listen via mobile or fixed-line phone

 Activate & Set Up Voicemail:

• Dial *988 on your mobile phone and follow the voice prompts
• Setup steps include:

1. Select language
2. Set a PIN (1 to 10 digits, used for listening via fixed-line phone)
3. Record a personal greeting
4. Select SMS notification language (default: English)

 Forward Calls to Voicemail:

• Dial on your mobile: **21*19<your mobile number>#
• To cancel call forwarding, dial: ##21#
• Or set call forwarding in your phone’s system settings

 Listen to Voicemail:

• On mobile: dial *988
• On fixed-line phone: dial 9886 6622 and enter your PIN

2. Listening to voicemail may also incur call charges.
3. This voicemail service is valid for 365 days and will end automatically upon expiry.
