开通及设置语音信箱：
- 在手机上拨号 *988 ，按语音提示操作
- 设置步骤包括：
- 选择语言
- 设置 PIN 码（1 至 10 位数字，用于通过固话收听）
- 录制个人问候语
- 选择短信通知语言（默认：英文）
将来电转接到语音信箱：
- 在手机上拨号： **21*19<你的手机号码>#
- 如需取消来电转接，拨号： ##21#
- 也可以在手机系统设置中开启/关闭呼叫转移
收听语音留言：
- 使用手机：拨号 *988
- 使用固话：拨号 9886 6622 并输入 PIN 码
