SIM card
A photo of the Micro-SIM, numbers on the back readable. Already on an eSIM: a screenshot of the ICCID, or forward the activation email.
ID document
The original real-name registration document for this number. HKID, passport or similar. Copies, scans and screenshots are refused.

Your mobile number. Your ICCID, starting 89852 and printed on the card. The email address for the QR code.

How long does it take?

Does this cover Lucky2?
Yes. A Lucky2 number on the same plans is free too.
Do I need to visit a shop?
No. It is all email, and no card is posted.
Will I lose my number?
No. Number, balance, plan and expiry stay exactly as they are.
What if I never reply?
Nothing happens. No reminders, no charge, no time limit.
Can I go back to a card?
Not through me. I do not issue physical cards. I will point you to another LuckySIM dealer.
Does my phone support eSIM?
Dial *#06#. An EID number means yes. Most iPhones from the XS and most recent Android flagships.
