1. Service Description

• International roaming data plans across multiple countries and regions
• Instant activation and delivery of eSIM QR codes
• Customer support for activation and technical assistance

2. Eligibility & Device Compatibility

To use our eSIM services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Own an eSIM-compatible device (check our compatibility list before purchase)
• Have a valid email address for delivery of eSIM activation codes
• Comply with all applicable laws in your country of use

3. Purchase & Payment

When you purchase an eSIM plan from UncleSim:

• All prices are displayed in the currency of your selected market
• Payment is processed securely through our payment providers
• You will receive an order confirmation and eSIM activation details via email
• Digital products are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once accessed (see our Return & Refund Policy)

4. eSIM Activation & Usage

Activation: eSIM plans can be activated by scanning the QR code provided in your order confirmation. Activation instructions are included with every purchase.

Validity Period: Each eSIM plan has a specified validity period starting from activation or first use (as indicated in the plan details). Unused data expires at the end of the validity period.

Data Allowance: Your plan includes a specified data allowance. Once consumed, data speeds may be reduced or service may stop, depending on your plan type.

Fair Use Policy: Our services are intended for personal use. Excessive usage, commercial resale, or activities that violate network provider terms may result in service suspension.

5. Coverage & Network Quality

We partner with leading network providers to deliver reliable coverage in advertised destinations. However:

• Network coverage and speeds may vary by location, network congestion, and local conditions
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service in all areas within a coverage zone
• Roaming coverage is subject to our partner network availability
• We are not responsible for network outages or service interruptions caused by third-party providers

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our eSIM services for:

• Illegal activities or activities that violate local laws
• Commercial resale or redistribution of eSIM plans
• Spamming, hacking, or unauthorized network access
• Excessive bandwidth consumption that impacts network quality for other users
• Sharing eSIM activation codes with unauthorized users

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• UncleSim is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific eSIM plan in question
• We are not responsible for losses due to network outages, device incompatibility, or user error
• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

10. Modifications to Terms
