Digital Product Policy

Our eSIM and roaming data plans are digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods and instant activation, we maintain the following policy:

Non-Refundable Digital Products

Once an eSIM plan has been purchased and the activation code or QR code has been delivered, the sale is considered final. Digital products cannot be returned or refunded after delivery because:

  • eSIM activation codes are unique and delivered instantly
  • Digital products cannot be "returned" once accessed
  • Data plans are activated immediately or reserved for your use

Exceptions & Special Circumstances

We may consider refund requests in the following situations:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems preventing eSIM activation due to our service error
  • Coverage Issues: If advertised coverage is not available in your destination due to our error
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same plan multiple times
  • Pre-Activation Cancellation: If you contact us before activating or accessing your eSIM code

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund under our exceptions policy:

  1. Contact our support team at unclesim@unclesim.net within 7 days of purchase
  2. Include your order number and detailed explanation of the issue
  3. Provide any relevant screenshots or documentation
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed

Wrong Plan or Destination?

Before activating your eSIM, please verify:

  • You've selected the correct destination or region
  • The data allowance meets your travel needs
  • The validity period matches your trip duration
  • Your device is eSIM-compatible

If you've purchased the wrong plan and haven't activated it yet, contact us immediately at unclesim@unclesim.net. We may be able to exchange it for the correct plan.
